Specifications include, but are not limited to: The male and female restrooms on the Second Floor of Building 1 have a total of four water closets that tend to clog, and there are missing floor drains in the restrooms as well. Project will involve the removal and disposal off base of the existing water closets (two (2) in the male restroom and two (2) in the female restroom), installation of four (4) new water closets in the restrooms, installation of one (1) new floor drain in each restroom with adequate piping and any extra components needed, and repairs to any floor/wall affected by the installation, matching the existing materials. Work proposed in this SOW will be performed in a high security area. The Contractor shall strictly follow prescribed access to the work site and minimize disruption to the base work force. The Contractor shall be escorted by a government employee at all times. Clean-up of work area will be accomplished daily. The Contractor shall follow all security and parking requirements while on base accomplishing the specified work. Additional requirements may be explained at a pre-performance conference. 3. General Scope of Work: Project involves the following: 3.1 Remove and disposed off base existing water closets (2 in women and 2 in men’s restrooms) 3.2 Provide and install 4 water closets in the restrooms, water closets to be clog-free 3.3 Provide and install 1 floor drain on each restroom (total of 2), with the adequate piping and any extra component needed. 3.4 Repair any floor/wall tile affected by the installation of the above, matching the existing materials.
