Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fort Morgan is seeking a proposal from an engineering/land planning firm with qualified and experienced civil engineers and land planners to provide infrastructure design and engineering for future development of an approximately 84-acre vacant property as depicted in the attachment provided as a part of this RFP. The I-76 Progress Park property was recently acquired for future development by the City of Fort Morgan. The City has plans to develop the property and sell individual parcels. The city needs assistance in the design and engineering of the property for the layout of for sale parcels, and to make utilities (electric, gas, sewer, water, and stormwater) and, a street network available and incorporated into the City’s existing infrastructure. Infrastructure Design and Engineering of the property is anticipated to occur in 2025.
