Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment. • Contractor shall be skilled and experienced for the task required. • Services include but are not limited to: o General carpentry o Demolition o Interior/Exterior renovations o Ability to manage vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. o Ability to dispose of construction debris in accordance to state and local regulations and maintain records of proper disposal o Contractor shall provide emergency service that shall be available seven days per week, twenty four hours per day and three hundred and sixty five days per year (7x24x365). o Response to emergency service shall not exceed one hour. o Contractor shall provide Washington County with a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week, emergency phone number o Ability to perform board-up services when needed.
