The contractor should also apply for all permits required to complete this work. Selection of Reliable HVAC Package Unit: • Provide recommendations for high-quality unit replacement or comparable to existing systems from reputable manufacturers, ensuring reliability, energy efficiency, and compatibility with the property's requirements. Procurement of Equipment: • Source and supply all necessary equipment, including the unit, refrigerant lines, mounting brackets, and any additional components required for installation. Installation Process: • Execute the installation of the unit with precision and expertise, including mounting indoor and outdoor units, connecting refrigerant lines, and ensuring proper sealing and insulation to prevent leaks and optimize performance. Testing and Commissioning: • Conduct comprehensive testing of the installed unit system to verify functionality, efficiency, and adherence to performance standards. Adjust settings as necessary to achieve optimal performance.
