Proposer shall have available for purchase at least a 5” x 7” individual photograph or digital copy of each graduate; however, graduates will be under no obligation to purchase the photographs. The service of obtaining photographs shall not interfere or delay the ceremony in any way. All monetary transactions shall be between the graduates and the successful photographer. Successful supplier must be available to perform photographic services at various URI commencement ceremonies at no cost to the University, including ceremonies in both May and December. Successful supplier must be able to provide services to display graduate names on video screens at each ceremony as their name is being announced and crossing the stage. The name should be displayed on the livestream for viewers who are watching the ceremony from other locations via electronic devices. The software should be userfriendly and support staff to assist with set-up and technical difficulties that may occur.
