Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) is seeking to retain an engineering consulting firm to provide marinewaterfront related services. The main focus of the select consultant’s efforts will be to assess the existing condition of the so-called “Carrier” Pier (i.e., underwater dive inspection and topside visual inspection) in the Quonset Business Park, and work with QDC to develop feasible alternatives to repair, rehabilitate, or replace the Pier, including estimated costs. Respondents shall have specific and demonstrated experience in marine and waterfront engineering/design. It is anticipated that the QDC will shortlist up to three (3) consultants to interview, based on an established ranking criteria.
