: The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to purchase an energy efficient Fish Solar Powered Aeration System for the St Croix State Park drainable 1,060 feet long x 165 feet wide fish production pond. With no power located at this site the solar unit will need to collect and store power all day (or for several days) to improve low night-time oxygen levels and aid in increasing fish and aquatic life. Product Specifications Line 1 – Quantity 1, Solar Aeration System NightAir III or DNR approved alternate 2.1. The aeration system should be on a timer and have the capacity to produce oxygen all night through four aeration lines spread throughout the basin of the 3.5 acres pond with a maximum depth of 10 feet. 2.2. Aerate water up to 10’ deep 2.3. 4 aeration lines and 4 air stones to be able to oxygenate entire water column 2.4. Approximately 2,200 feet of self-weighted air lines based on the locations of the aerators and solar array in the picture attached in Exhibit E: Fish Solar Powered Aeration System Diagram. ½” weighted airline ID x 1” OD 2.5. The unit should be self-contained in a locked (metal) container. It will be in direct sunlight, so a plastic shell for batteries and equipment is not acceptable. Should be a sound-deadening cabinet. 2.6. Solar powered aerator includes a programmable digital timer, solar panel(s), high volume compressor(s) providing up to 2.0 CFMs, wiring harness, 30 Amp charge control center, 4-Valve, 2-2 Port adjustable manifold(s), 9-inch non-clogging dura plate diffuser(s), 12/24V, 48W compressor, fitting package, and 1/2” weighted airline. 2.7. Solar Panel w/mounting brackets 2-24 Volt Panels 2.8. Mounting Pole for solar Panel; 8-10’L x 4” Sch 40 Steel pipe 2.9. Equipment Pad 2.10. Compressor warranty minimum 2 years 2.11. Lifetime warranty on cabinet, diffuser and airline
