Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Must have previously integrated with EPIC. 2. Must be HITRUST and/or SOC-2 certified 3. Have an existing established link to CT Medicaid and Prior Authorization partners for Anthem. 4. Vendor must have the ability to provide services for both phases of this RFP. 5.General statement- We are seeking a partner who can offer the most robust revenue cycle management solution for each segment in revenue cycle. Current RFP will address the front end services. Specifically, phase one to include RTE, NOA, RTA, Insurance Discovery, Identity Verification, and Patient Financial Data. Second phase RFP to include all back end revenue cycle processes. Selected front end vendor will be expected to collaborate with whomever is selected for back-end revenue cycle functions if different.
