Supplier shall enter technician labor rate per hour in unit price field. This rate applies to repairs/replacement, not labor during inspections. UOM is Hour. Unit price represents the technician standard hourly labor rate during non-standard site visit for repair. Includes travel (to & from site). Schedule office hours (M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.)- no overtime, no weekends, no holidays. All technicians that perform inspections on DHR equipment shall be NICET certified and hold current certification through term of agreement. This line shall be used for solicitation purposes only to obtain technician labor rate per hour for repair service. Technician helper labor rate/travel rate for repair service calls. Supplier shall enter standard technician helper labor rate per hour in unit price field. This rate applies to repairs, not labor during inspections. UOM is Hour. Unit price represents the technician helper standard hourly labor rate during non-standard site visit for repair. Includes travel (to & from site). Schedule hours (M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.)- no overtime, no weekends, no holidays. This line shall be used for solicitation purposes only to obtain technician helper labor rate per hour for repair service. New Part Replacement and Repairs- Supplier shall enter $0.00 in unit price field. (This line shall be used for PO writing & Invoice purposes only). This line is set up to cover all costs associated with replacement or repair costs for fire alarm devices, components, parts, equip. not meeting code requirements, including travel costs (to & from site) job supplies, minimum billing fee if applicable, as related to replacements/repairs. This line includes labor costs associated with authorized repair during non-standard visit. This line shall not cover any costs associated with inspection.
