Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm (“Company”) to prepare a Market Analysis and Financial Feasibility Study for a multi-purpose Sports Complex to attract a Professional Level Sports Team (“Study” or “Services”). This Study will aid the City in determining both the feasibility of attracting a professional level sports team and what type of sport would be best suited for the City (i.e. most likely to succeed based on community support and various regional factors). Also, this study will help determine what land size is required to build such a facility. This means examining regional professional sports facilities and developing an understanding of their success rates and whether there is room for Riverside to enter this market.
