Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.) Project Type: Exterior and interior remodeling. 2.) Project Size: Approximately 3,100 SF roof and building footprint area. 3.) Work needs to be phased to allow for continuous facility operation by the Owner and to allow for asbestos abatement by the Owner’s contractor intermittent with General Construction and also procurement of materials by the General Contractor. 4.) Roof membrane and wood roof deck replacement (approx.. 3,100 SF). 5.) Miscellaneous masonry parapet repairs. 6.) Structural upgrades to existing sloped wood roof structure. 7.) Existing rainwater leader piping to be separated from the sanitary sewer. 8.) Install new primary and overflow roof drains inlets at rainwater piping exit point at grade. 9.) Install new concrete pads and drain inlets at rainwater piping exit point at grade. 10.) Install underground PVC storm drain piping to daylight at north of building.
