Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children (PRHC) is seeking to secure the services of an experienced and qualified vendor (referred to as “Contractor” herein) to provide testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm A&E) on the PRHC campus. Fire Alarm A&E includes, but is not limited to, Addressable Fire Alarm Panels, Main Control Panels, Annunciator Panels, Radio Control Panels, Radio Control Pull Stations, Radio Boxes Antennas, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, CO Detectors, Fire Door Hold Open Magnets, Voice Evacuation Systems Horn/Strobe Lights, Pull Stations, Supervisory Signal devices, Batteries, Battery Charging Systems, Elevator Recall System.
