Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 XUV must have a 4-cycle, liquid cooled, diesel fueled engine with a minimum of twenty-two (22) horsepower. 3.1.1.2 XUV must be 4x4 wheel drive (4WD). 3.1.1.3 XUV must have a minimum 1,000 lb. bedload capacity. 3.1.1.4 XUV must have a minimum of 1,450 lb. total vehicle rated capacity. 3.1.1.5 XUV must have a travel speed of 32 miles per hour. 3.1.1.6 XUV must have a minimum 48-inch-wide cargo bed. 3.1.1.6.1 Bed must have tailgate, sides, and hydraulic lift. 3.1.1.6.2 Cargo Bed Box shall be constructed of 16-gauge steel or a composite material of equal strength. 3.1.1.7 XUV must include a standard road package including but not limited to: head lights, tail lights, brake lights, front and rear turn signals, hazard lights, side mirrors, a rear-view mirror, wiper(s), parking brake, front bumper and horn. 3.1.1.8 XUV must be able to able to have minimum of two persons inside of secured cab with independent seats or split bench seating. 3.1.1.9 XUV must have full hard cab, climate-controlled enclosure (both A/C and heat), include seat belt kit, fan/defogger, safety glass front windshield capable of being opened for ventilation with wipers, rear window, locking removable doors, an amber strobe warning light and LED work light. 3.1.1.10 XUV must have Terrahawk AT Tires (or equal) on both front and back wheels. 3.1.1.10.1 Tires must be compatible with XUV wheels. 3.1.1.10.2 Tires must be minimum of 27-inch. 3.1.1.10.3 Tires must be Turf Tires (i.e. minimal damage to grass and landscaping). 3.1.1.11 XUV must have a 2-inch rear receiving hitch. 3.1.1.12 XUV must have a minimum towing capacity of not less than 4,000 lb. 3.1.1.13 XUV must have an independent park brake. 3.1.1.14 XUV must have Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). 3.1.1.14.1 CVT must have high range, low range, neutral position, and reverse position drive.
