Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bristol is seeking to renovate existing Board of Education classroom space within the Beals Community Center to be used as office space for the Bristol Burlington Health Department (“BBHD”). The proposed space comprises approximately 8,500 SF and was most recently used as classroom space for the Bristol Board of Education. The City of Bristol (the “City”) is accepting qualifications from architectural and/or engineering firms (herein referred to as “design team”) determined to be qualified for the work, which shall be responsible for provision of all efforts relative to design, inclusive of associated construction administration services, toward completion of the project noted above. The intent of this request for qualifications (“RFQ”) is to select a design team that will be awarded a contract for such services relative to this project.
