Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the PRHC campus. Fire Protection S&E includes, but is not limited to, wet sprinklers systems, fire pumps, special hazard systems kitchen hood fire suppression systems, and fire extinguishers. The chosen Contractor may, if qualified, perform all Contract services directly, or may at the Departments approval engage the services of qualified subcontractors (to be managed by the Contractor). Inspect and test the following systems: • Wet Pipe Systems (9) • Diesel Fire Pump (1) • Fire pump controller annual inspection and maintenance (1) • Sprinkler Valve Post Indicator (10) • Special hazard system kitchen hood fire suppression systems (2) • Visual inspection of all nine systems annually with report. (9) • Fire extinguishers (280).
