Specifications include, but are not limited to: A) Provide the Office of Materials Technology with all labor, materials, and delivery necessary to calibrate accurately; make necessary repairs to Nuclear Gauges used for testing; provide leak test kits; and calibrate Survey Meters as needed for testing purposes. 1. Leak tests and documentation of results shall comply with all applicable Maryland Department of the Environment regulations included in COMAR 26.12.01.01. 2. All Leak test results shall be reported in writing to: Vladimir Tanchev, P.E. 7450 Traffic Drive Hanover, Maryland 21076 within ten working days of completion. 3. Survey meter calibration must be to manufactures recommendations. The Maryland DOT State Highway Administration currently uses the Trox-alert and the Digilert 200 survey meters. 4. All Survey Meter Calibration reports shall be provided to; Vladimir Tanchev, P.E. 7450 Traffic Drive Hanover, Maryland 21076 within ten working days of completion. 5. All calibrations must be three (3) block traceable calibration. 6. Routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication are included with each calibration. 7.
