Specifications include, but are not limited to: Solicitating a lump sum bid for a Contractor to furnish and install Approximately (350 sq feet of R-13 fiberglass insulation, furnish and install Approximately (235 sq feet) of 1” foam board insulation Furnish, hang, and finish approximately (1,260 sq feet) of drywall Paint approximately (5,040 sq feet per coat) of interior office space furnish and install approximately (600 sq feet) of 18-ounce nylon commercial carpet tile, Furnish and install approximately (500 liner feet) of 4” vinyl cove base, Furnish and install approximately (45 2’x 2’) ceiling tiles. Furnish and install a 30’ sink vanity including vanity sink top, faucet and supply lines, trap, drain vanity mirror, vanity light and an access panel. The contractor shall furnish and install new metal stainless finish wall plates for all light switches and receptacles within the work area. Once work is complete the contractor shall Strip and wax approximately (1150 sq feet) of VCT tile.
