Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of the City of Everett (EHA) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from General Contractors/Construction Managers (GC/CM) to: • Be an integrated team member of the Project team that includes Johnston Architects, specialty consultants, and EHA staff. As a team member, the GC/CM and key subcontractors must be focused entirely on ensuring the best interests of EHA and the Mariner Community Center Housing project (Project). • Perform pre-construction services which include without limitation value engineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, collaboration with the design team, logistics and phasing, site investigation, and assisting with selection of building materials and systems. • Aid in establishing quality assurance and quality control paradigms to achieve highperformance construction and design goals. • Manage and solicit subcontractor and supplier interest and procurement in accordance with RCW 39.10 and/or 2 CFR 200. • Provide high quality construction services that ensure safety as a priority. • Provide a project that is on time and within budget.
