Craven County Schools request the contractor shall supply and install all equipment, accessories, and materials in accordance with these specifications and drawings to provide a complete and operating IP Based Communications System including but not limited to the below items for James W. Smith Elementary School, Bridgeton Elementary School, HJ MacDonald Middle School, Creekside Elementary School and Trent Park Elementary School. Some optional equipment is listed in this specification, but any proposed alternative equipment must meet or exceed all specified capabilities. This system will be a head end only change out, and all field cabling and speakers will be reused. As a result of any field related issues, contractor is required to report those issue to the owner and provide written proposals to resolve the issues.
