Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work conducted by the Proposer shall be in conformity with the 2022 Order of Conditions, and/or the Proposer will work with the Land Use Management Department to amend the Order of Conditions as necessary to achieve Project objectives. The objectives of this proposed Scope of Work are to: Perform the remediation of localized soil impacts at AOC-2 Perform a structural engineering study to facilitate an in-situ remedial pilot test within the building footprint Conduct post-excavation confirmatory sampling Perform Site restoration Submittal of MCP Reports, including a Phase IV Remedy Implementation Plan and Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan. Proposed remedial activities will be conducted under a Health & Safety Plan.
