The purpose of this Agreement is construction/installation of a perimeter security fence and gates at the Huntington Beach Field Office to provide: i) Enhanced Security: Security fencing and gates help prevent unauthorized access, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors can enter the premises. ii) Deterrence: The presence of physical barriers can deter potential intruders, vandals, and other threats. iii) Safety: Fencing and gates can provide a safe environment for employees and visitors by keeping out potential threats and ensuring that the premises are secure from outside dangers. iv) Perimeter Security: Physical barriers define the boundaries of the property, making it easier to monitor and control the perimeter.
