Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant team should include Colorado Licensed Landscape Architects, Architects, and Professional Engineers and associated sub-consultants for the planning and design of the park facility improvements, including but not limited to the following: Planning and conceptual designs and alternatives, construction documents Conduct progress meetings, prepare project schedules, and provide meeting minutes. building programming, building design, LEED certification for buildings greater than 5,000 SF and compliance with executive order D 2022 013 Greening of State Government, existing building assessment (including abatement and remediation plans), building remodeling, mechanical, plumbing, structural and electrical design, site infrastructure design including roads, campgrounds, cabins or other overnight facilities, day use areas, trails, drainage and site improvements, familiarity with the requirements of HB 21-1303 the Buy Clean Colorado Act which establishes maximum acceptable Global Warming Potential limits on asphalt and asphalt mixtures, cement and concrete mixtures, glass, steel, reinforcing steel and wood structural elements, wildlife influenced design utility investigation, design, permitting and coordination (water, sewer, electrical, communication, solar, geothermal, etc.), including development of water rights, utility building design geotechnical investigations and recommendations for buildings, utilities, site improvements, road, retaining walls environmental (archeology, paleontology, endangered species, wetlands, etc.) investigation and permitting, SHPO coordination, USACE coordination, landscaping, irrigation, revegetation and restoration design, surveying, legal description preparation, boundary and surveys tribal outreach and engagement traffic analysis and permitting, CDOT coordination, assistance with devolution of frontage road, cost estimating including buildings and site development, construction scheduling, bidding assistance, construction administration, construction observation, as-built drawings
