Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof section A and B is a roof replacement: The Work scope includes: i. Removal of existing roof to metal decking, repair damages to metal decking as needed (Offeror to assume up to 200SF of metal deck may need repair in base work scope); ii. Install new insulation and 80-mil, white Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane; iii. Install new flashing, coping and roof drains; iv. Installation of walking pads as per the construction documents; and v. All work shall include a minimum 30-year NDL special project warranty. The contractor will provide a 5-year contractor’s workmanship guarantee. B. Roof section C, D, E, F, G, H, J and K: The work scope includes replacement of the gutters and downspouts at all standing seam metal roofs. All work shall include a minimum 30-year NDL special project warranty. The contractor will provide a 5-year contractor’s workmanship guarantee.
