Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair of generators on the campus of Rhode Island College and the Rhode Island College Workforce Hub located at 934 Dexter Street, Central Falls, RI to include: 1. Battery conditionsincluding cleaning of terminals, battery charger operation and charge rate, adjustment if necessary. 2. Replacement of lubricating oil and filters. 3. Disposal of waste oil. 4. Replacement of fuel filters and water filters. 5. Replacement of ignition parts. 6. Inspection of coolant hoses, fuel line hoses, and lubricant. 7. Test coolant system inhibitor level. 8. Test anti-freeze protection level. 9. Inspect water pump and all belts. 10. Inspect fuel system internal and external of engine. 11. Inspect air filter and intake system. 12. Inspect exhaust system. 13. Functional testing of engine generator control including shut downs, alarms and crank cycling. 14. Adjustment of engine governor and voltage regulator. Recording and verifying unit is running with proper temperatures, pressures, and engine speed. Check engine-operating condition,minor engine leaks to be corrected. 15.
