Proposals for the following programs will be considered: 1) New Housing with Services-Independent (HWS-I) programs who are also Integrated Community Support (ICS) or Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) providers. These applicants may also request Long Term Homeless (LTH) Housing Support as well as HWS-I. Proposers who wish to provide Integrated Community Supports (ICS) along with Housing Support must meet additional setting requirements. Please see the Scope of Services, section 4.12, Housing with Services-Independent for a list of these requirements. Proposers who will be part of a development project that has received a capital funding award through the Hennepin County Supportive Housing Strategy may be prioritized. Proposers who indicate a willingness to provide Long Term Homeless (LTH) Housing Support, in addition to HWS-I may also be prioritized. Current LTH and HWS-I providers who already have a Hennepin County Housing Support who are seeking additional units for a site-based program where 20% or more of units should not apply through this RFP. Another RFP will be posted in early 2025 for these programs. 2) New Board & Lodge (B&L) programs that will exclusively serve those identifying as women and provide individual (not shared) bedrooms in their facilities. 3) Current Customized/Assisted Living (CL/AL) providers with a Hennepin County Housing Support Agreement looking to add more sites of any size who also meet the following criteria: o A current, permanent Assisted Living license in good standing. Those with a provisional license will not be eligible for Housing Support until the site is licensed. None of the following license statuses will be accepted: conditional license, license revocation, or temporary immediate suspension. o Providers who have been in continuous operation for customized living and licensed before January 11, 2021.
