Orange County is seeking proposals from General Contractors to provide Construction Manager (CMAR) services with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price for the design phase and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the contractor phase for the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) FOR UREA CONVERSION PROJECT Project, which is located at 525 N. Flower Street, Santa Ana CA 92703. The County has developed the project construction documents. The budget estimate is approximately 1600000 for this project. The delivery method for this Project is Construction Manager (CMAR) and will consist of a design phase and a construction phase. The CMARE will collaborate with the County’s in-house Project Manager and external Engineering Firm on the design, constructability, cost, project approach and schedule of the Project throughout the life of the Project.
