Specifications include, but are not limited to: East Longmeadow Public Schools is seeking the services of a third party testing agency to provide QA, inspections, and testing services for the new East Longmeadow High School. The project is a new 192,720 GSF high school facility located at 180 Maple St. East Longmeadow, MA. Site enabling is currently underway. Construction duration for the new building is anticipated to be 2 years with a substantial completion date no later than 7/30/2026. Following completion of the new building, the existing High School will be demolished to facilitate the construction of the remaining landscape and hardscape. The substantial completion date for that work is no later than 6/25/2027. Early packages will be used to ensure this schedule.
