Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of the existing press box and preservation of the existing bleacher seating above the 1st base, 3rd base dugouts and behind home plate. The existing field, scoreboard, indoor hitting facility, and rally alley premium deck are existing and shall remain. The existing support facilities on the field level shall be renovated and expanded to provide a new player and coaches clubhouse, locker areas for coaches/umpires/players, operations space, new fan restrooms, new fan concession spaces, and new premium club space. Beneath the new press box shall be spaces with new fan restrooms, concessions, and a smaller corporate club and Suite space. At the top of the new press box behind the home plate bleacher seating, a new press box level addition shall provide spaces for press, operations, tv radio and AD suite. The existing seating capacity remains relatively unchanged, however, the seating behind home plate shall be expanded and bleachers shall be replaced with new chairback seats for greater comfort and potential revenue. New exterior club seating shall be included at field level right behind home plate. Those patrons shall have access to the new field club space referenced above. The revised seating configuration and press box addition shall provide ADA access, ADA seating, and ADA support facilities. During the construction, the existing field and skills areas shall be used primarily for practice. Games will be played temporarily offsite. Typical baseball season is February to May/June pending regionals.
