Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract is for Lumber Products for various locations throughout the County of Orange. Contractor shall furnish all staffing, labor, equipment, and incidentals required for Lumber Products for use in the maintenance, repair, alteration, or construction of buildings. The County’s intent is to obtain the most cost-effective lumber products while maximizing the quality of projects. Usage of this Contract shall be on an as-needed basis as required by County. Usage is not guaranteed. Work may be requested under routine daily operations and/or in the event of emergency operations. Therefore, Lumber Products may be required in areas of limited access and under adverse conditions such as day and night operations and rain.
