All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: To remove and replace damaged Sheetrock in 3 locations: 1. Ground Floor, 2. First Floor, 3. Second Floor. This work is to be completed between restrooms at each location in preparation for installation of new water fountain units. The plumbing is already stubbed out and there is a single electrical outlet at each location. This work includes: * Removal of existing Sheetrock as needed. *Removal of wallpaper up to ceiling. *Provide and install Sheetrock times 3 (one 4' x 8' sheet per location). *Provide openings for electrical outlets, supply lines and drain lines. *Tape, mud and sand walls. *Provide all materials and labor. No painting will be needed.
