Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours five (5) times per week, Sunday through Thursday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., of the following business day, or during business hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday business day. B. Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, two (2) times per month, every first (1st) and third (3rd) weekend, between the hours of Saturday at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday at 10:00 p.m., or during business hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. C. Building Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, one (1) time per month, on the first (1st) weekend of every month, between the hours of Saturday at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday at 10:00 p.m., or during business hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
