Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor to supply all labor and materials to clean and disinfect air ducts at the Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC). Services locations are as follows: • Pretreatment Building, O&M Support Building, and Administration Building- 2 Ernest Street, Providence, RI 02905 • Corporate Office Building (COB)- 1 Service Road, Providence, RI 02905; Vendor to clean and disinfect all the air handling units, including but not limited to, chilled water coils, fans, entire ductwork, all VAV boxes and reheat coils, registers and return air grilles, exhaust fan grilles serving the office areas at the above locations. Vendor shall also provide a Project Closeout Report including copies of digital photographs taken before and after the cleaning process of the areas serviced.
