Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Los Altos is seeking a Civil Engineering Consulting Design firm or team (Civil Team) to lead to conduct an topographic survey of the City’s own parking lots (Parking Lot 1-10). The topographic survey shall locate all building face, building opening, down spouts, change in elevation, direction and slope as well as locate all existing utilities and vegetation within the limits of the project. Based on the topographic survey, the Civil Team will prepare grading plans to reconstruct parking lot 4-6. Depending on the engineer estimate, the project may be broken down to several phases. The anticipated construction schedule is the second quarter of 2025. The intent of the re-grading of the parking lot is to address drainage issues and to comply with current ADA standards.
