Furnish and Replace Four (4) Slide Gates at Three (3) Gate Openings. Gate Replacements • The three openings include: two entrances that each require a single slide gate, and one exit that is a double slide gate. Four gates in total. • Remove and chain-link vehicle gates and replace with 8' tall ornamental iron slide gates. • Gates are to be pressed spear, 3/4" pickets, 2" frame overhead roller style slide gates. • Gates are to either have minimal picket spacing or be backed with expanded metal or wire mesh (with safety edges installed). • All gate metal is to be powder coated black gloss. • Pedestrian gates are not included in this project. Gate Operators • Remove and replace existing gate operators with Liftmaster CSL24UL gate operators or equivalent high-traffic commercial slide gate operator. • Install new drive chains and gears. • Install reflective photo beams. • Gate operators will utilize existing electrical, access controls, Knox boxes, and ground loops. Permit • Contractor will be responsible for securing the permit and providing all necessary documents, drawings and product specifications.
