This project consists of the complete turnkey implementation of Phase 1 of a Neutral Host Cellular Distributed Antenna System (N-DAS) across the existing facility, to include construction, deployment, commissioning, and owner representation to the cellular carriers. The Cellular DAS shall provide complete 4G LTE coverage of PCS/AWS frequency bands across the campus for all three major cellular carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.) The N-DAS shall be configured for future expansion to readily support 5G and CBRS deployment without modification of equipment chassis, cabling infrastructure, or antennas. The Work will include, but is not limited to, installation of N-DAS electronics in existing Data rooms, installation of backbone fiber optic cabling and distribution coaxial cables in existing ceilings, installation of antennas in existing ceilings, installation of donor antennas on the penthouse exterior wall if deemed necessary in communications/collaboration with each cellular carrier, commissioning of the system, and ongoing relationship management and coordination with the cellular carriers as required to provide a complete solution with incoming signal from all three cellular carriers.
