Setzer State Fish Hatchery Renovation project includes upgrades to the existing intakes, including the installation of heavy sediment removal systems, construction of a new hatchery building with a drum screen, UV treatment, chilled water system, degassing column, rearing tanks, and egg incubation systems. Additionally, it involves the installation of a new concrete flow splitter and equalization basins, replacement of existing concrete fish raceways and the addition of steel cover structures, installation of a new effluent waste treatment system, replacement of the existing effluent recirculation pump station, construction of a new pre-engineered metal garage building and CMU public restroom, installation of a standby generator, improvements to existing electrical systems and instrumentation, and all associated tasks such as clearing, grubbing, demolition, earthwork, stormwater improvements, landscaping, and surface restoration.
