The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install Armstrong Standard Excelon Imperial Texture VCT floor tile. The work area includes the cafeteria and adjoining vestibule. Contractor is responsible for all flooring work including preparation (removal of existing flooring and adhesive will be performed by others), self-leveling underlayment, layout, tile adhesive, vinyl transitions at doorways, and 4-inch cove base. Tile color and pattern and cove base color to be selected by the Town. At the completion of the project, the contractor shall clean the work area and remove all debris, materials, tools, and equipment from the site.
