Additional Bid Item – ABI #1: Removal of the existing spray foam roofing system and replacement with new insulation, cover board, adhered EPDM, and acrylic coating on Building 331, Roof Deck 2, and roof repairs to the existing asphalt built-up roofing system on Building 331, Roof Deck 1. Additional Bid Item – ABI #2: Recover of the existing single-ply roofing system on with new cover board, adhered EPDM, and acrylic coating on Building 330, Roof Decks 1 and 2, and roof repairs to the existing metal building roof on Building 330, Roof Deck 6.
