Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to construct the site improvements at the La Costa Hi Reservoir consisting of the removal and replacement of a concrete brow ditch located along the circumference of the reservoir; asphalt driveway restoration consisting of AC grind and overlay, seal coat, crack sealing, full depth asphalt patching, and removal and replacement of AC berms; removal of the existing swing gate and replacement with a roller gate and installation of an automatic gate operator, traffic loop, keypad pedestal, associated conduit, and wiring; and trenching and burial of an existing electrical conduit currently located at existing grade, and removal and replacement of street lighting fixtures.
