1. For-profit or non-profit (504c3) entity in Good Standing with the State of CT and the Town of Hamden 2. Experience managing scattered-site residential construction projects 3. Demonstrate experience managing brownfields or other related residential contractual projects with environmental issues that required abatement. 4. Ability to communicate and be responsive to representatives from the community and other interested stakeholders. 5. Experience managing procurement and compliance processes for state, federal, and locally funded grant programs. 6. Experience in property acquisition 7. Prior experience with coordinating demolition activities for residential properties. 8. Meet Town minimum insurance requirements (attached) 9. Have sufficient liquidity or access to capital to bridge project expenses between draw requests and make payments to contractors or subcontractors if necessary.
