Specifications include, but are not limited to: HVAC- (2)Navien Gas Combo Unit- Division 23 Conditions: All work shall be completed in a workman-like manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation due to unforeseen conditions will be addressed through a change order prior to commencing work. The contractor shall be responsible for all permit fees, labor, material; and taxes related to the installation of the new oil-fired boiler. The new units shall be installed in compliance with all state, local, and federal codes pertaining to the installation of the proposed system. Contractor accepts responsibility of all the work associated with the removal and installation of the unit. Procedures: Remove existing boilers and hot water heaters Remove (2) abandoned tanks located in the basement Provide & install (2) new gas fired Navien gas fired combination boilers.
