The Owner at the completion of the work is to have windows that are clean and operational. Summary of project elements: Measure all masonry openings for window fabrications Remove all existing windows, screens, operating mechanisms, hardware and other elements necessary to expose the masonry openings to permit the installation of all elements of the replacement windows. Dispose of the items removed to an off-site location, patch any holes and make repairs. Install new windows, trim, hardware and all system components comprising a complete operating system. Repair all surface that were damaged during the installation. Paint surfaces that were repaired or damaged. Clean windows. Demonstrate operations to Team staff.
