The successful firm shall provide professional architectural and engineering design services to assume Architect of Record responsibilities and provide construction support for regulatory approved construction documents, through the construction phase including closeout. The firm will view the existing construction documents, prepare, and issue an Architect’s Supplemental Instruction (ASI) to clarify or correct the construction documents to ensure code compliance at the onset of construction. The responsible party shall be an architect or engineer licensed to practice in the State of California (CA) and all work shall be performed under and approved by a licensed design professional. The services may include studies, program confirmation, surveying, construction documents, cost estimates, additional Regulatory Reviews, and construction support.
