Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform brush and wood grinding and recycling services in accordance with the specifications herein and shall be required to comply with the following provisions. The Contractor shall provide competent supervision of each individual employed by the Contractor to ensure performance of the duties as specified and compliance with these provisions. The Contractor shall: A. Provide equipment, trucks, trailers, and containers easily identifiable with Contractor(s)’s name and license number. B. Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition and available for inspection by the Project Manager or their designee. C. Be responsible for transporting equipment to and from the area in which it will be used. No transportation charges, setup, or breakdown fees shall be considered. D. Provide all required devices and manpower necessary to operate equipment. E. Accept all designated recyclable materials as defined in this ITB
