Specifications include, but are not limited to: HINTY HALL • Construction of a 15,000-sf expansion of the existing Hinty Hall to enlarge the supply warehouse. • Improvements to the ROTC storage shed, parking lot security and vehicle wash rack. • Expand existing parking lots to accommodate a staging/storage area and to further accommodate employee parking. • Construct conditioned storage facility for swing space storage of equipment and furniture (8000-10000 sf in the expanded parking lot). • Construct paved entry road to Hinty Hall from Greenhouse Road to include lighting and automated security gate. NORTH POST • Expand the groundskeeping facility on North Post. CHESSIE TRAIL • Construct a 600-sf maintenance facility on Chessie Nature Trail with electric, HVAC and plumbing. • Construct a maintenance facility on the Chessie Nature Trail with electric and plumbing. FREELAND HOUSE • Improvements to the Freeland house including interior improvements, window rehab, install central AC, exterior repairs and improvements and key card access for entrances. • Develop a 3D model of Post Infrastructure.
