Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Silverthorne is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified General Contractors who are interested in constructing the site work, infrastructure, and facility. The General Contractor will be responsible for all construction and the Town will not be contracting separately for any other preliminary infrastructure, earthwork, or demolition work. During preconstruction, the selected contractor will be required to produce construction cost estimates for each key design milestone and be an active partner in cost management, value engineering and assist with material selections/specifications as needed to ensure conformance to the project budget. The intent is to initially award the preconstruction phase and then after a GMP is developed and agreed, to award the construction phase.
