Specifications include, but are not limited to:CONSULTANT shall furnish Construction Management personnel to coordinate CONSULTANT operations with the COUNTY for the purposes of managing all aspects of the construction administration for the subject project. For this RFP, Construction Management personnel shall include but not be limited to a Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, Roadway Inspector, and Office Engineer and shall be responsible for all matters related to CONSULTANT personnel and coordinated construction activities under this contract. The CONSULTANT shall specify what they believe to be the appropriate amount of staffing for the project. The COUNTY will also have at least one engineer assigned specifically to the project to assist the CONSULTANT.
