Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to Employees and their Dependents through the EAP (collectively, the “EAP Services”). A. Counseling Services. Contract will provide confidential, professional, and comprehensive diagnostic, work/life counseling, and referral services (collectively, “Counseling Services”) to all Employees and Dependents. 1. Counseling Services must address work/personal and behavioral issues including, but not limited to, drug and alcohol dependency, emotional difficulties which may be due to stress, marriage/family relationships, legal issues or financial difficulties, health and other concerns that may adversely affect job performance, productivity, and safety. 2. Counseling Services must be provided by master’s level degreed counselors, consultants, and therapists who are Colorado licensed/certified/accredited (collectively, “Clinicians”). 3.
