Provide construction services for the installation of (1) DSA Approved 20’x40’ Fabric Shade Structure at Dooley Elementary School. The location of this shade structure is located on the 2nd floor above a post-tension beam and slab parking lot structure. Provide construction services for the installation of (2) 40’x15’ DSA Approved Fabric Shade Structure located at Oropeza Elementary at 700 Locust Avenue, Long Beach CA 90813. The location of this shade structure is located on the second floor above the library which is a topping slab assembly . The scope of work will include but no limited to the installation of steel posts into concrete areas, installation of the fabric shade, possible path of travel and ADA accessibility upgrades as requested by DSA. Each site is site specific and may require signage, ADA Parking upgrades, etc. Note: The DSA Approved Shade Structures will be OFCI. The vendor will deliver the shade structure to the corresponding sites and and contractor will be responsible for off-loading and place in designated laydown area.
