1. OFFSITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT – NORTH RIVER ROAD AND WILSHIRE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (R23-00008) Construct and install domestic water, storm drain, street, and traffic signal and striping per plans by Hunsaker & Associates and approved by the City of Oceanside 03/17/24. A Temporary Access Road shall be constructed as an interim condition to allow for construction of underground utilities, roadway improvements, and traffic signals. 2. OFFSITE PUBLIC SEWER IMPROVEMENT (R23-00007) Within the same trench alignment of approximately ±895 linear feet, remove the existing, 18-inch PVC sewer, and replace with new, 24-inch PVC sewer; in separate trench alignments remove existing, 15-inch PVC sewer of approximately ±1,397 linear feet, and replace with new, 24-inch PVC sewer of approximately ±1,250 linear feet and new, 18-inch PVC sewer of approximately ±158 linear feet. A Temporary Bypass System to be installed and constructed to allow the construction of the public sewer improvements and maintain sewage flow service for businesses and residences. 3. OFFSITE PRESSURE REDUCING STATION (PLAN #: TBD) Construct and install Pressure Reducing Station south of North River Road and adjacent to eastern boundary of Tract 16598.
